Know Before You Go: You can book online or call to book an appointment. No need to dress in fitness attire; can show up on lunch break or anytime you have available.

What to Expect When You Walk In: Seattle Sun Light Spa has free garage parking so be sure to take advantage of that. When you first walk-in head straight to the front desk, and tell them you're there for a Sun Light Spa service. Once checked in, they will lead you down a long hallway to a clear glass door that says 'Seattle Sun Light Spa'.  You'll enter into the Spa where they offer many types of LED light therapy that help with anti-aging, anti-acne, teeth whitening, and so much more.

Experience: The staff is super knowledgeable and will walk you through every step of the service of your choosing.  It may seem overwhelming with all the buttons/gadgets but they have your back every step of the way. Feel free to ask them as many questions as you want.  They can explain everything and then some, from the benefits of each service to best practices to get optimum results.  Once settled all you have to do is relax and enjoy.
